Notify me button is shown if provider has sessions that are set to contact form

For a provider like this, if all activities are using a contact form instead of registration, the notify button appears, but I don't think it should. See Futures Academy: https://www.activityhero.com/biz/halstrom-academy?q=&location=Belmont%2C+CA&state=CA
