Configure triggers for production lambdas #102

Work with the DevOps team to ensure that all production level triggers are implemented and firing correctly.

Please indicate the time spent on this, any issues that you are having, any good references you found for this subject, and credit anyone helped you out.

Created once a day triggers in the production environment for the GoogleCrawler, OfAScraper, and SSScraper. Shown to be working as expected in this metric graph.

ProductionCrawlerDurationMetric

This graph shows the duration of every lambda function once it is triggered. The units used is confusing but it is referring to milliseconds 1k = 1 second.
