Change how items work #23

Should make items more general, so they don't track individual items but categories of items

-> Gear - spend a gear to solve a problem involving an item, use rope to climb, use bolts to rig a trap etc ->Electronics - spend an electornic when dealing with machinery in facilities, or for currency ->Biomass - spend biomass to heal?
