Intro to Python #10

Basically the repo we cloned already had an intro to Python so I just kept it. We should have some materials from Python Study Group to use somehow. This issue to discuss what to do with it.

My lack of unfamiliarity with github - where is the intro that was cloned? I tried to find it but wasn't sure what it looked like.

Subsequently, I can give a go in transferring some materials from Python Study Group somehow where appropriate.

Leaving below link as my own reference to return to later: https://actuaries.asn.au/microsites/actuaries-in-data-analytics/knowledge/python-study-group

@Kriti0Khullar
Thanks! The book template is cloned from: https://executablebooks.github.io/quantecon-mini-example/docs/index.html

You can see that in https://actuariesinstitute.github.io/cookbook/docs/index.html that "About Python", "Setting Up Your Python Environment", and "An Introductory Example" and "Learn More" are actually just a hold over from there.
