Build issue in fork #24

@JackyP - I've tried to follow the steps in the readme, but am not able to get the page https://pat-reen.github.io/cookbook/ to build with the new .ipynb book i have added to cookbook\docs (life_stats.ipynb). Also the changes i have made to LifeRecipeBook.ipynb don't seem to be reflecting.

Can you see what I am doing wrong?

I think life_stats.ipynb, LifeRecipeBook.ipynb may not have executed correctly. Would you mind re-executing with my changes on your end?
