Fix spelling of Maximilien Baudry's surname #38

Thanks for compiling this great resource! I just thought I'd fix up this small typo I spotted in Max's name. The Github Action for the HTML generation succeeds, but the PDF version doesn't seem to compile, though I think that isn't a result of these edits.
