Communication

To include communication we will have to create a new generic msg (all the components have to include).

Create two generic messages:

• hrim_generic_msgs/msg/SpecsCommunication.msg

• hrim_generic_msgs/msg/StatusCommunication.msg

Create communiaction componentes, for example: (work in progress)

• Router
• Network
• Switch
