Added 'Catppuccin' Colorscheme #55

Added Catppuccin Theme, Mocha (Dark Mode) and Latte (Light Mode). This Colorscheme is very popular among obsidian users and you want your structures to match the theme you are currently using with obsidian. Here is the preview of how it looks: 2024-01-21_19-40-58

I'm refactoring codes to enable multiple cores, and the theme settings will be affected. I will include this theme once new version of settings are ready. Thank you so much for extracting the charming color schemes!
