Considerable performance hit since update 6.1.1 #3936

Ever since I've installed 6.1.1, the performance went down considerably across all applications and websites. Even getting timeouts for some requests, most notably multimedia content like images and videos.

The App runs in VPN mode, because my device is not rooted yet and the issue is still present when the filtering is deactivated within the App, but the VPN is still connected.

I observe the same performance degradation. Once I deactivate the VPN it's fast again.
