Mainly changes terraform directory to follow module structure. Creates ECS, Fargate, ECR, & VPC with some. I feel like there are things to improve :

• like naming uniform naming convention across all resources and tagging
• Dynamic cidr assignment
• Secrets Manager
• KSM all the things
• Static Code Analysis
