rewritten ILI9341 driver to use with SPI or parallel connection
FSMC (Flexible static memory controller) for stm32f40x
XPT2046 touch panel driver

Some README.md updated/added, including a list of supported board in the top README.md with corresponding Python script in GitHub Action to check consistency with board list in python scripts.
