will gpl-2018 branch be created? #42

There are gpl-2012 through gpl-2017 branches (among earlier versions). The pattern implies gpl-2018 branch should exist by now.

What tag represents the 2018 GPL release and will the release be tagged/branched?

We have added a tag corresponding to GNAT Community 2019 (GNAT Community 2018 is OBE)
