encountering error while creating language

i am getting this error when building language library

Thank you for reporting this. From a quick investigation, it looks related to the presence of non-ASCII parts in the current directory. We are testing a candidate fix, and in the meantime you should be able to workaround this working from another directory which has ASCII-only parts in its name.

Please add special characters like: ü, ö, ç, ğ your assembly definition this is so helpful
