Fix compile with libadalang #9

https://github.com/AdaCore/libadalang/commit/d0e972bb8678fdf3dcb5c866e8852b81cbff5461 broke the compile. I've replaced the call to P_Get_Attribute with P_Has_Aspect, which I'm pretty sure has the same effect

Hello,

We keep this repository’s master branch synchronized with Libadalang and Langkit’s stable branches, so all is expected and we’ll do the necessary fixes (already in the pipes) only when updating these branches.

We’ll update the README to clarify this. Sorry for the inconvenience, and thanks for attempting to fix it!
