Extend the origination interface to support origination to both arbitrary extensions(@org), and phone@cid@org.

Bumping this, as it now depends on the organizationDB service.

Does not work... PBX.Trace.INFORMATION: PBX.Action.Originate: Sending:originate user/1001 1000 xml default ERROR: ESL.Client.Send: Send failed!
