Enable Alice to serve flat files as the default hander #51

This wil enable us to serve the Bob client directly from Alice.

Done.

All URL's that begins with /bob/* is now treated as requests for a file. The search is done in the WWW_Root (config setting), so an the URL http://alice/bob/css/foo.css will be searched for in WWW_Root/bob/css/foo.css
