Add simplified config file to Alice #52

Instead of having to remember to copy the config.ini.dist file from Yolk to the Alice configuration directory, create a simplified config file that only contains the parameters we actually use.

Done.

The exe/configuration directory now contains an alice_config.ini.dist and an config.ini.dist. The latter can be moved to exe/configuration/config.ini and used in place of the full yolk config file.
