We need a setup where automatic tests can be conducted without the risk of interference from humans, ie. people making calls into the PBX or data suddenly changing in the storage layer. Basically an environment that can be trusted to stay the same between and during tests.

@sparre is working on this. I'll close it here - as the "issue" now resides in it's own repository.
