[ ] Scrum Master: -> First Sprint: Mesalina Bracho -> Second Sprint: Ana Montegrifo
[ ] Schedule:

-> Flexible: We work together during Proyect hours and we will exceptionally meet in the afternoon when required.

[ ] Work dinamic:

-> We work all together. -> Tasks are assigned when required to each member. -> Small functions can be fixed individually by notifying the team.

[ ] Com channels:

-> Zoom, Meets, Teams, Slack, etc...

[ ] Decision making:

-> Consensus.

[ ] How the knowledge is delivered:

-> During proyect hours.

[ ] Teambuilding:

-> Daily question to get to know each other better.

[ ] Notification required for each commit on main/master branch.
[ ] Final demo.
