What? I previously wasn't tracking my DB changes with flyway. Starting from now I will

Why? It's helpful to have a history of our schema changes as we move forward.

How? Integrate flyway into project, modify DDL script to be

[x] Did I manually test my changes, or contact @Adam1302 to test my changes on the remote branch?
[ ] Did I document my changes such that a new dev or a learner might understand them?
