What? Fix apostrophe issues

Why? Many book and some author names have apostrophes. I'd like to able to search for them.

How? Replacing the normal apostrophe with a special one before any DB operations

[ ] Did I manually test my changes, or contact @Adam1302 to test my changes on the remote branch?
[ ] Did I document my changes such that a new dev or a learner might understand them?
