DSM7 #5

Hi, Nice work. Have you looked into getting this to work on DSM7? I originally used the guide you link to (https://community.synology.com/enu/forum/12/post/123052) but following that on DSM7 does not work.

I have yet to upgrade any of my box to DSM 7. I've heard that it has locked down the security and console access quite a bit. What is your experience? Can you easily get a root shell and tweak the system config files?

As I understand the lockdown is related to apps etc. I still have root access (sudo -i) via SSH and the console

I'm on DSM7 as well. Would you share your original rc.network and patched version, so I could have a look into the DSM7 version?
