This PR is exactly what the title says - it upgrades the mod to GD version 2.206, and so Geode 3.0.0.
There isn't much changed. Of course, breaking changes happened in 3.0.0, but this mostly amounted to moving around or renaming things.
My fork has a working build, though this isn't terribly hard to build yourself.
