We need to choose a support for the documentation and we need to start to work on it!

For the support we have plenty of possibility:

Word
Overleaf (better but a bit more complicated)
Other if someone has an idea about it

I seem that the documentation has been started so i change the name of the issue.

We decide to use WORD for the documentation !
