Styled web UI #2

Lightfish is a really nice tool for monitoring GlassFish Application servers but the web UI is currently not very handy in the web browser.

This patch adds styling to the web UI that improves the usability. Because the lightview client shows this web UI too, it would may be useful to have a configuration UI in the client instead of the browser component.

Thanks! Looks nice. Very similar to: http://airhacks.com :-). I will probably replace the divs with sections / articles later.
