Firebase Performance Monitoring #15

Would it be possible to release a pre-release version of the performance monitoring package? I wanted to migrate a project from the xamarin to the the adame dependencies, but we use the performance monitoring package in that project.

I'm not sure how/when this will be tackled, but we would really appreciate if there was a package we could try if we decide to keep using this package.

Same as with #4, I can publish some but will need help to validate.

@AdamEssenmacher I want to express my gratitude for your work and contribution to the development of the .net-mobile developer community. Do you have plans to make a new version of the Firebase Performance Monitoring library in the near future?

It's not very hight up on my list of priorities right now. I can try including them when I get around to binding the next SDK version.
