Add missing translation #104

As I can't find the vc25 branch, I pull it here.

I didn't translate it at first, because the string was empty. It's still empty in the english and the german versions.

I appreciate it, thank you! It looks a little strange but the <![CDATA[...]> is there to allow the "&" in the English strings.

As for the vc25 branch, I use a branch vc[number] to merge all changes for the next release. The number after vc corresponds to the version code here: https://github.com/AdamGuidarini/MediTrak/blob/6467cdc925c850bb29d27f2f987081192e63fb41/app/build.gradle#L19

I delete the older branch after merging it into main. It's not the most intuitive system, but it helps ensure that what's currently in main matches current release

Both things are perfectly fine, it was just me not understanding.

So, as you noticed, english and german are correct, it was my misunderstanding.
