Read only first line from config. Do not parse comments as arguments #17

Parsing whole config causes comments parsed as cli arguments:

./rfidiot-cli.py select
*** Warning - no pyscard installed or pcscd not running
rfidiot-cli v0.1 (using RFIDIOt v1.0i)
