This may be kind of a long shot, but I like to have chat open on one monitor and not have to focus the text input all that often (because usually my cursor is elsewhere on that page, so I have to tab a bunch to put it in the right spot so that I can type things).
I could make a different way to type messages, e.g. tc !today from my terminal, or maybe even a Hammerspoon input that I pop up that will route the message through the bot. But maybe this is more for Costello (the program running locally on my computer) than Abbott (the bot running on the mini PC).
