Repro:

Type /twitchcommand tenets
It'll output this:

Adam's tenets are here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1jwhwMt6bxpuHGxNikRtsKTmkwyFVJsDqvgO3k/_-1YLA/edit . He wants to abide by these and will try to review them every week.

Expected output: that link shouldn't have an extra slash in it before the underscore or it doesn't work. I need to figure out what to do here.

Closing this without addressing it because it's a known issue that was already fixed; it just hasn't appeared in a release yet.
