Merge with coverlay #13

Hey, very nice tool.

I would propose merging with https://github.com/twada/coverlay.el to bundle our efforts to make coverage visualisation in emacs more prominent. How do you feel about that?

I like coverlay's ability to watch a coverage file and display coverage percentage; adding that feature to cov sounds like a good idea.
