Description: (details of what and how should work) Operating Model in TECH changes. New structure need to be applied in RVI properly.

Additional Context & Ad Hoc Info: list of changes, potentially not exhaustive yet:

DUs are converted to FEs and are no longer used as concept
- (because of that, support for Themes may be required)
Review "new fields" added to Rally and check if relevant
