[BUG]: "Highlighting Item Details in Blocked Reason" does not work for items with reason provided directly #18

Describe the bug If the sub-structure of an item has Blocked Item, and the Blocked Reason has ID in it, it shows details of this inside-reason-item, but not if the Blocked Item directly has Reason with another ID

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Item DE243989
  2. See there's no "details" for item in reason

(or simulate it by directly providing any existing ID in a blocked reason)

Expected behavior Popup like in screenshot below, but for items with direct reasons provided as well
