Description: (details of what and how should work) When creating new US, some fields are auto-cleared with the strangest of reasons and in a hidden flow, easily missable!

Try to rework it, so all values are actually kept. Or at least the change of them are highlighted!

Additional Context & Ad Hoc Info: Details in priv convo with the boss.

This most likely will be released in parts:

[x] Highlight unexpected change
[x] Actually change back

For part (2) to be SPIKE'd if always or toggable

Flow for checking values and resetting them after a standard flow of copy is applied seems cumbersome, better to reinvent copy via RVI.

Spike findings to consider:

[x] After copy is created, it is possible that Resetting Hooks are not applied even after 10s (however usually 10s is enough)
[x] A lot is different after a copy, no schematic way to see what exactly
[x] No way to copy US without tasks - they need to be removed after

Ultimately, this FE will be finished as follows:

If workflow of standard Rally Copy is used, Highlighting Differences is the only thing that is and will be implemented
New workflow will be created: "use as template" which basically using API KEY will create and then update new items (instead of copy) and will support bulk operations
