[BUG]: Quick-input value shortcuts won't work when adding new project to Timesheet #25

Describe the bug If you open up panel "Add New" in Timesheet section, it will cause quick-input value shortcuts to not work. image

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Timesheet
  2. Click on 'Add New' button
  3. Try to enter values using quick input shortcuts (Q, E, R, W)

Expected behavior Opening up any panel within Timesheet section should not affect shortcuts behavior
