Leveraging things related to full refactor of API engine, this functionality should work differently

Changes noticed:
[x] Display "something" right away, load on open
[x] Respect RVI features: Deadlines, Private Notes, Name Prefixes (check if more)
[x] Sorting and filtering
[x] Update all sections for item clicked, with exceptions:
[x] When clicking on child, add it to structure tree, but when clicking on structure tree, do not remove items from it
[x] Remove Focus and Back buttons as obsolete
[x] (maybe) Rework where the rest of the buttons are
