[FE]: Alias-like Prefix for Item Name Display

Description: (details of what and how should work) When Rally Item Name is long and non-schematic, like Feature name, sometimes it's hard to find it on a GridView table.

Add some way to apply prefix to everywhere where the item name is visible.
