Algorythm.cs is spelt wrong algorithm.cs

Can you add README.md to the specific version of dot.net and cmd to run to get the executable

By test call EVERY endpoint

I'm testing and reviewing this now.

The current state of the server on my side is that it builds and runs, that is all though.

issues #35, #36, and #37 are initial issues that have arisen.

Accidentally closed, will open pull request when these issues have been resolved I guess...
