[task] Change name feature

[ ] Slack recognize the text message with change name MyNewName and link MyNewName with userID into master_db
[ ] Use Slack Webhook to track incoming message and immediately give feedback from the operation
[ ] possible Slack bot-message are: You change the username to MyNewName
