Display text modifications to improve clarity. #3

Requested by Nick Balshaw (user 1).

  1. Replace the text label for the average reading. Currently Avg (appears to similar to Aug). Replace by "Av" or "Av."
  2. Replace the text label for the fluid type measured. Currently "H20". Would prefer "Water". To gain additional character space would suggest sacrificing parentheses around the units label. i.e. "cm" for "(cm)".
