Icons disappear when you have two windows of same application in different stacks #84

I'm noticing that icons for certain apps were disappearing on me. I narrowed it down to having two windows of the same application name, with each in a different stack. For example...

Stack 1:

Chrome
Slack

Stack 2:

Chrome
Discord

Often only one of the stacks will show the Chrome icon, even though they both clearly contain a Chrome window.

Actually, the more I play with this, the more I realize it has nothing to do with application type, but rather stack focus. I'm closing this in favour of https://github.com/AdamWagner/stackline/issues/85
