[BUG] Firefox v106 tab view issue #78

Describe the problem

On Firefox v106, the tab view break UI consistency with unmatched height and non-styled dropdown.

I'm personally not a fan of the tabview, and may end up hiding it in the default release of WhiteSur, and will add a custom css file to bring it back with a bit of styling, as the default formatting with container coloring is confusing.
