add archive updates #1397

Self explanatory, these updated archive files were added automatically by Gradle so I figured that I'd make a pull request for them.

While I do appreciate the PR, this isn't necessary. The downloaded archives.json is only a fallback in case a new archives.json cannot be downloaded at runtime. You can add it to your .gitignore.
