Remove SSH server port randomization #11

SSH Port randomization can cause problems with cloud instances and security rules.

Local VMs aren't exposed to port scans from the internet.

Fair point, this was added originally as a personal convenience. Fixed in b66663959e1791859de4cc09eab2d92aef4afcd0
