Windows Automation Framwork support #1

Feel free to add this fork to sources. It contains support for GUI automation through the Windows Automation Framework. See README for results, or run the sample app.

Change to .NET 4.0 (to add UIAutomation support)
Add UIAutomation support for TreeNodeAdv
Add UIAutomation support for TreeColumn
Add UIAutomation support for TreeViewAdv

I'm managing this repository mainly for "private" reasons / as a dependency of a different project, so I won't accept Pull Requests here to keep things stable. Thanks for offering support though :)

That said, maybe the original repository will welcome new contributors?
