fix incorrect hashes #4

most Shayura's Wrath and Shayura's Wrath (Adept) were actually referring to Smallbore as the weapon all rolls intended for Igneous Hammer (Adept) were actually rolls for the gun Appended Mag most Code Duello hashes were actually Hard Launch and 861 Bottom Dollar rolls had an invalid hash :grinning:

I'm going to claim this was some early work, where I was still learning the ropes 😬
