Chromosome painting of Anomalies fails when Chr name is Number #18

makeChrPainting() or chromosome_collections() function fails to annotate anomaly bands onto scaffolds if scaffolds named only with int i.e. [1,2,3,4,5,6]

Have tried forcing to str() at various points.

I'm stumped.

Solution: Require that users don't give their scaffolds stupid names.
