Add rev complement motif search #2

Add as default behaviour - search given motif and its reverse complement.

teloclip will now search for all motifs in fwd and rev orientation by default. i.e. --motif TTAGGG,GGGG is equivalent to --motif TTAGGG,GGGG,CCCTAA,CCCC
