updated to 3.27.0-03 #9

I updated the POM and did a local build to test with NXRM 3.27.0. Looked good to me but i'm new and probably didn't run the right test.

Just learned there is/was some changes to Docker 'groups' that may need a change here. you can now push to a group and it will forward that to a designated 'hosted' repo which fixes the old docker two port issue (one for pull and a different one for push.
