Add native dialogs for folder picking etc via TinyFileDialogs #37

Since godotengine/godot#97214 isn't remotely closed to being fixed, we need an alternative - native dialogs. TinyFileDialogs does this nicely.

We don't need this, because I fixed the original issue. Yippee.
